Shirley is used for moving heavy objects. Shaun is fast and can access distant places. The three characters are switchable by (1,2,3) keys and serve different purposes. Home Sheep Home revolves around Shaun, Shirley and Timmy, whose goal are to reach home (the Farmer's farm) In doing so must complete different puzzle's each level. Collectables are used to unlock cheats and bonus levels. Home Sheep Home 2 introduces Collectables, which are special items that make recurring appearances through levels. The prequel chapter, Lost On The Farm is absent in this release, but added in the remaster.
Home Sheep Home 2 introduces four new chapters, Training, Lost Underground, Lost In London and Lost In Space.
It brings stronger colours, richer textures, and more nuanced line work. Home Sheep Home 2 art style differs greatly from the prequel.
